INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE

14. Have you ever seen insanity where you later saw creativity?

This is an odd awkwardly worded question. But anyway. I'd say I've definitely seen it the other way. But I guess that it has happened many times over because I was in JET for so long. And those boys were freakin' INSANE to the furthest extent of the word insane... stefan *cough cough cough*

I like to Break things?

13. Would you break the law to save a loved one?

I think that would have to be dependent on what law it was. For example, murder? No. That would show that I am under the impression that me and my loved ones are more important than everyone else, which is wrong. However, laws like jaywalking, number of people in cars, etc. would probably be easier for me to break, despite the fact that these laws are made for a reason. I think it would be because at the time of desperation laws would not be big enough to stop me.

My Brain THoughts

12. If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?

Golly. To fully embrace themselves before they try and fully embrace someone else. Relationships (romantic and otherwise) or way more successful and full if you know exactly who you are and what you want. If you don't understand yourself, no one else will have a chance in hell to do it.

That gross G Word

11. You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do?

BAH. Gossip. What a harsh harsh world. I would LOVE to say I would stand up and say "Excuse me, I happen to like her shut up." Unfortunately, let's go back to a previous question, where I stated I am created to want to please other people.

Yup. Probably know the answer now huh? Unless what they're saying really fires me up I probably won't say anything. Meh. What a humbling thing to have to answer.

Right Left Or Middle

10. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?

That really depends on what I'm doing. I think at school and in class I tend to focus on doing things right. Or at least in class. I suffer from a definite need to appease to others. It is an unfortunate situation, and one that I have attempted to remedy many many times. However, it is something I am permanently stuck with this issue. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

however. I also am really in tune with moral rights and wrongs since I was born. So I know I definitely am also really focused on doing the right things. I try hard to make people happy, and to direct people how and where they need to be directed.

In short I am happy with how I focus my energies. Which I did not know before. YAY

It's MY Life

9. To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?

Well I would love to say 100% but because of the state of my life I grew up with parents. Therefor they have controlled much of my early life and childhood. I can feel us kind of transitioning here because of my being in college, but I definitely still feel their attempt at controlling me.

I think besides just ordinary they don't want me to do stupid stuff, I have a pretty large grasp on what I do. I used to allow myself to be directed by what other people thought and how they wanted me to act. After this summer though, I can say I have definitely become more self motivated. A people pleaser, yes, but way more about myself than I had ever been before.
I know I was super bummed about the lack of people and friends that would be around, especially the absence of my boyfriend. But I am now glad that God has led me down this path. Now that the end is nearing, I can see why I needed this summer. I have truly become my own person and make my own decisions on what I do.

I guess we will see what the school year brings!

Shooooooooooort Lives

8. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?

I feel like I would still be at college, but I would also probably be getting married this summer, or thinking about next summer. I think with such short lives, the culture would be different, so getting married this early would not be so strange or frowned upon.

Beyond that, I think I would probably keep in touch with my old friends a little bit more. Maybe. Though I am really bad about that so who knows.

Believe What You Want

7. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?

Currently, I am spending 10 hours a day clapping my hands together at various tempos and hearing and saying the same things over and over and over again. All for the sake of music.

You tell ME if I believe in what I'm doing.
Basically more than I could ever describe. I may have chosen a different career path (which I definitely believe in) but i still owe my life to music. It has given me everything.
